By accessing or using Bloguno, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
You are responsible for your account, workspace activity, content inputs, generated outputs, and publication decisions. You may not use Bloguno for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for users invited to your workspace and for activity performed through connected CMS accounts or API credentials.
AI-generated content
Bloguno may generate drafts, ideas, titles, metadata, and other content using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, legality, originality, suitability, and compliance before publishing or relying on them.
Accounts and billing
You agree to provide accurate account and billing information. Paid plans, credits, limits, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the pricing terms shown at the time of purchase.
Credits and plan limits
Credits, crawl limits, connected sites, competitor analysis, images, active jobs, and Auto Pilot volumes may vary by plan. Unused credits, promotional credits, and temporary add-ons may expire according to the terms shown when purchased or granted.
CMS and third-party integrations
If you connect WordPress, Ghost, Shopify, HubSpot, Webflow, Notion, webhook endpoints, or another publishing channel, you authorize Bloguno to access and process the connected content and credentials as needed to provide the requested workflow. Third-party platform terms remain your responsibility.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to your inputs and approved content, subject to the permissions needed for Bloguno to operate the service. Bloguno and its platform materials remain the property of Bloguno or its licensors.
Acceptable use
You may not use Bloguno to create spam, malware, phishing, impersonation, illegal advice, hateful or harassing content, rights-infringing content, or content designed to deceive readers or manipulate search systems in violation of applicable rules.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bloguno does not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, unique, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloguno is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, ranking, traffic, or publication-related damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the three months before the claim.
